Most people building in Perth are dealing with two problems. They can't get the block they want, and everyone advising them is paid by a builder.

We're an independent building broker. Think of it the way you'd think about a mortgage broker. We look across the market rather than sell you one product, and we get paid by the builder from their marketing budget, not by you.

That means we can tell you when a builder isn't right for you. And we do, regularly. You get the advice, not the pitch.

We find the land, match it to a builder who suits your budget and your block, and handle the negotiation. Whether you're building to live in or to rent out, the job is the same: get you a deal that actually works.

One person handles your build from the first conversation to handover. Not a call centre, not a new name every time you ring. You'll know who you're dealing with.
Between us we've come from plumbing, policing, finance and aviation, and most of us have built or invested ourselves. We know what the questions feel like from your side, because we've asked them.

Walk into a display village and you're talking to someone employed by that builder. Of course they'll tell you that builder is the right fit. It's their job.
We're not that. No builder pays us to recommend them. The only thing we're choosing on is whether they're right for you, your block and your budget. So if a builder's pricing has drifted, or their timelines have blown out, or their designs don't suit your block, we'll say so.
We've been doing this in Perth for years. We know which builders deliver and which ones don't, which ones suit a tight block, and which ones suit a tight budget. That's not something you can find out from a display home.
It costs you nothing to find out where you stand. Worst case, we tell you the numbers don't work yet, and what would change that.
