Just like a mortgage broker, a builder broker will scan through the market so we can match you to the best builder, based on budget, specification and build timeframes.
Essentially, we take the shopping out of shopping for you. We understand people are time poor and often have demanding jobs and life pressures, so we take that pressure away by scanning the market to find the best deal for you.
