This website is operated by The Trustee for M & M Evolution Unit Trust, ABN 30 959 081 670, trading as The Property Pros, of Level 8, 3 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017.

2. What we do
The Property Pros is an independent building broker operating in the Perth metropolitan area of Western Australia.
We help clients find land, select a builder and negotiate a new home build. We are not a builder, a licensed real estate agent, a licensed credit provider or credit assistance provider, a property manager, a tax agent or a financial adviser.
Where those services are needed, we introduce clients to third parties who hold the relevant licences. Any agreement you enter into with a builder, developer, lender, finance broker, property manager or other third party is between you and them, not with us.

3. Information on this website is general only
Everything on this website is general information. It doesn't take into account your objectives, financial situation or particular needs.
Nothing on this website is financial advice, credit advice, tax advice, investment advice or legal advice, and it should not be relied on as any of those. Before making a decision about building or buying property, you should get advice from appropriately qualified professionals.

Prices, land prices, package prices, rental figures, yields, growth figures and any other numbers shown on this website are indicative only. They change, sometimes frequently, and they are not offers or quotes.
