This website is operated by The Trustee for M & M Evolution Unit Trust, ABN 30 959 081 670, trading as The Property Pros ("we", "us", "our"), an independent building broker based in Perth, Western Australia. We help clients source land and match them with home builders and land developers.

2. The personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your contact details (name, email, phone and postal address); enquiry and requirement details you give us through our contact and enquiry forms, such as investment type, preferred bedroom count, preferred region and budget; booking and consultation information, such as details you provide when booking an info session, display home visit or Zoom meeting; records of calls, emails, meeting notes and messages, including through our website's AI chat assistant (please don't submit sensitive personal or financial information through the chat); information submitted through our advertising and lead forms on Meta (Facebook/Instagram); and technical and usage information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, device information and pages viewed.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, such as health or financial hardship details, unless you volunteer it to us, and we do not collect financial account details through our website.
3. How we collect personal information
We collect personal information directly from you when you fill in a form on our website, call or email us, book a consultation, or speak with a member of our team; through our advertising on Meta, when you submit an enquiry or lead form connected to one of our campaigns; through cookies and tracking technologies such as the Meta Pixel when you browse our website; and from our website platform (Wix) and our client database, where your details are stored once collected.
4. Why we collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information
We use your personal information to respond to your enquiries and provide information about land, building and investment opportunities; match you with builders and land developers suited to your budget and requirements; negotiate and coordinate the building process on your behalf; book and manage consultations and meetings; maintain records of our dealings with you; send you marketing communications, where you haven't opted out; run and measure our advertising campaigns, including on Meta; and comply with our legal obligations.
We only use your personal information for the purpose it was collected, a related purpose you'd reasonably expect, or a purpose you've separately agreed to.
5. Who we disclose your personal information to
We don't sell your personal information. We may disclose it to the builders and land developers we work with, so we can match you with suitable land and building partners; our service providers, including our website host (Wix), our client database provider and our marketing agency; Meta Platforms, Inc., in connection with our advertising and lead generation; our professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, where reasonably necessary; and regulators or authorities, where required by law.
Any third party who receives personal information from us may only use it for the purpose it was disclosed for.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site, measure our advertising, and show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram, including retargeting. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended if you do. 7. Overseas disclosure
Some of the service providers we use, including Wix and Meta, store or process data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information continues to be handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
8. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including restricting access to authorised staff and relying on the security measures of our website and software providers. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of information sent to us.
9. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes it was collected, including to maintain our business records and meet our legal obligations. Once it's no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
10. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it's inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or misleading.
